Service Visit Policy

Free photo review. You may send photos and details for an initial review at no charge. A photo review is preliminary and is not a diagnosis, guarantee, or final estimate.

$125 Standard Service Visit. When an on-site visit is scheduled, the $125 service visit payment reserves the appointment and is credited toward service we perform during that visit. Additional labor, materials, parts, specialty equipment, or return visits may cost more. We will explain additional charges before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

Prepared visits. Photos and descriptions may help us bring likely tools and common parts, but they cannot guarantee that every required part or condition can be identified before arrival.

Scheduling. Appointment times are subject to availability. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-access, and refund terms will be shown before online payment is enabled.
